I think option B, setting the Important Failure Behavior to 'Continue immediately,' could be a good temporary fix to get the hot-fix deployed quickly. But I'll need to make sure that doesn't cause any other issues down the line.
I'm a little confused by this question. Can the Requirement to Deploy value stream really improve visibility of business and IT demand? That doesn't seem like a direct benefit to me. I'll need to re-read the choices more closely.
This question seems straightforward. I think the answer is Consumer-to-Implementation, since the applications are directly accessing the customer database instead of going through the official Customer service.
