I think we can directly observe the PUSCH and PUCCH transmit power, but I'm not entirely sure about the RACH details.

I think the PC and the switch-1 are the two devices that perform Layer 2 encapsulation in this scenario. The router is a Layer 3 device, so it wouldn't be involved in the Layer 2 encapsulation.
