D is the right answer. MIB is definitely not a library, it's a database of managed objects. Unless, of course, it's a really big database... then it could be a library. Hmm, maybe I'm overthinking this.
I'm going with A. The MIB BROWSER tool is used to read the MIB information of a device. It's like having a secret decoder ring for your network devices.
