JOIN is definitely the way to go here. Retrieving data from two related tables based on a common column is exactly what the JOIN command is designed for. I feel pretty confident about this one.

This seems straightforward. The CAE should not manage and coordinate the risk management processes, as that would be taking on a management responsibility. The CAE's role should be more of an advisory and assurance capacity.
