Local_Preference doesn't carry RT, so it's not that.

I definitely recall that Extended Community is used for VPNv4 routes, so I would go with that option.

I’m a bit confused; I thought Local Preference was more about route selection rather than carrying RTs.

Hmm, I'm not sure about this one. I'll need to review my BGP and MPLS VPN notes to refresh my memory on the specific attributes used. Gonna have to think this through step-by-step.

The export RT is a community attribute, so it makes sense that it would be carried in the Extended Community. I'm pretty confident that's the right answer.

Wait, is it the MP_REACH_NLRI attribute? I'm a bit fuzzy on the specifics of how VPNv4 routes are advertised.

Hmm, this one seems tricky. I'll need to think carefully about the BGP attributes and how they're used in VPNv4 routes.

Ah, the export RT, the VPNv4 routes' secret handshake! Obviously, it's the Extended_Community attribute that carries that vital information.
