D, definitely. Blackhole MAC addresses are the way to go if you want to, you know, blackhole some traffic. It's like the network equivalent of putting your coworker's stapler in jello.
B is the correct answer. Static MAC address entries are manually configured and won't age out. I've had to deal with that a few times in my career, and let me tell you, it's a real pain.
