Safety valves are like the bouncers of the battery world - they make sure the pressure stays just right and nothing gets out of hand. Looks like A is the way to go!
The safety valve is there to prevent excessive pressure, not to exclude anything. I'm pretty sure that's the correct answer, unless my battery knowledge is a little flat.
This one's a toughie, but I'm leaning towards option A. Gotta keep that hydrogen in check, otherwise we might have a real battery blowout on our hands!
Hmm, I'd say the safety valve prevents excessive pressure from building up, not from being excluded. Gotta keep those batteries from exploding, am I right?
