Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: B, E

To regain access to an Aruba CX switch when credentials are unknown or lost, one can press and hold the clear button, then power cycle the switch to reset the password. Additionally, using the boot profile 0 at the boot loader menu can be used to bypass the current startup configuration, which may include the unknown credentials.

Classic IT exam question, right? I'm just picturing the switch going 'Hmm, let me check your PoE Priority... Ah, yes, you're a camera. Enjoy your power, my friend!'

I agree with the others. It's gotta be either C or D. Though, I do have to wonder - who comes up with these exam questions? They're starting to sound like a bad tech comedy routine.

I'm a bit confused. Why would we need to enable Quick PoE or device profiling just to set the PoE Priority? That seems like overkill. I'm leaning towards Option C or D as the most logical choices.

Option D) Configure PoE power management to Dynamic Mode could also be a good option for setting PoE Priority.

Hmm, I'm not sure about that. Wouldn't Option D, configuring PoE power management to Dynamic Mode, be a better choice? That way, the switch can automatically adjust the power allocation based on the connected devices.

I think Option C looks like the way to go. Configuring PoE power management to Class-based Mode seems like the most straightforward solution for dynamically setting PoE Priority.
