I think the correct answer is C) the Alerts tab in the authentication record in CPPM Access Tracker. That's where you're going to find the most detailed information on what's causing the authentication failure. Anything else is just a shot in the dark.

I'm with Charolette on this one. ClearPass Insight is the way to go. Though I have to admit, the packets on UDP 1812 do sound like a fun challenge. Maybe I'll try that on the side, just for kicks.

Dude, the packets captured on the MC control plane destined to UDP 1812? That's just too much work. I'm going with the RADIUS events in the CPPM Event Viewer - gotta keep it simple, you know?
