I think the packets capture could help, but it’s more complex.

I wonder if capturing packets on the control plane would actually help us understand the Access-Rejects, but it seems a bit complicated for this scenario.

I feel like we practiced a similar question where we looked at the Event Viewer for RADIUS issues, so that might be a good option here too.

I think the Alerts tab in Access Tracker might give us more context about the authentication failure, but I can't recall if it shows detailed reasons.

I remember we discussed the importance of checking the RADIUS events in CPPM, but I'm not sure if that's the best first step.

This seems like a straightforward troubleshooting scenario. I'd start by checking the RADIUS events and then move on to the ClearPass Insight reports to see if I can pinpoint the problem.

I think the key here is to focus on the RADIUS events and the ClearPass Policy Manager. That's likely where I'll find the most relevant information to diagnose the issue.

Hmm, this looks like a tricky one. I'll need to carefully consider the different components involved - the M365 E5 tenant, the on-premises AD, the hybrid Azure AD, and the Azure AD DS. Configuring the security settings for Edge on the personal desktops could be a challenge.

I think the correct answer is C) the Alerts tab in the authentication record in CPPM Access Tracker. That's where you're going to find the most detailed information on what's causing the authentication failure. Anything else is just a shot in the dark.

I'm with Charolette on this one. ClearPass Insight is the way to go. Though I have to admit, the packets on UDP 1812 do sound like a fun challenge. Maybe I'll try that on the side, just for kicks.
