Wow, B seems like a good option too. Configuring the switches as route reflectors would help distribute the routing information more efficiently, but I'm not sure if that would directly address the transit AS issue.

I think the correct answer is A. Configuring route maps and applying them to BGP is the way to go. This will allow the administrator to control the routing information that is shared with the service providers, preventing them from using the company as a transit AS.

But wouldn't configuring route reflectors only address internal routing issues, not prevent the service providers from using us as a transit AS?

I disagree, I believe option B is the way to go. Configure the two switches as route reflectors.
