Haha, looks like someone's trying to trick us with this question. But I'm not falling for it - the answer is clearly C. Server 2 is cut off from the core, no matter how many keepalive links they have.

I'm not sure about the other options, but C is definitely the correct answer. If the ISL link has failed, Server 2 has no way to reach the core layer since the SVI interface is the only gateway and it's on the failed link.

Server 2 can definitely access the core layer via the keepalive link. The question clearly states that the ISL link has failed, but the keepalive interface is still functioning, so that's the only way for Server 2 to reach the core.
