I'm going to have to go with B and C. Anything else is just a recipe for disaster, like trying to proof a concept without, you know, actually engineering a solution. That's just madness!
C and D, for sure. The rest is just fluff. Who needs to actually develop anything when you can just define the criteria and get the solution accepted? Easy peasy!
A and D, easy. You gotta build the thing first, and then the powers that be have to give it their stamp of approval. Anything else is just a waste of time.
Hmm, I'd say B and D. Engineering the solution and then getting it accepted sounds like a Proof of Concept to me. Anything else is just playing around.
C and B are definitely the valid steps in a Proof of Concept plan. I mean, how else would you know if it's successful if you don't define the criteria upfront?
