LOL, ARP Suppression? More like 'Arp Deception' if the switch is just making up its own replies. Better hope no one's trying to spoof the network!

No way, that can't be right. The switch should forward the ARP request to the intended destination, not reply with its own information. Sounds like a security vulnerability to me!
