Hmm, block storage over FC or SAS? That's a bit overkill for this use case, don't you think? I'd say go with the object storage or file-oriented storage for a more cost-effective and user-friendly solution.
I was leaning towards the file-oriented storage over SMB, but then I remembered that S3 connectors can work with Windows too. It's a tough call, but I think I'll go with the object storage option.
Object storage sounds like a good fit, but I'm not sure the S3 connector is the best approach for a Windows-based environment. Maybe file-oriented storage over SMB would be a better choice.
