I feel like we practiced a similar question where increasing the size of Tier 2 was suggested to alleviate pressure on Tier 1. That might be relevant here too.

This seems straightforward. Increasing the priority of Server2 in the Preferred Owners list should ensure that App1 continues to run on Server2 when Server1 shuts down. I'm confident this is the right solution.

Okay, I've got this. Schedule I is for drugs with high potential for abuse and no accepted medical use, like heroin and LSD. The other Schedules are for drugs with lower abuse potential and some medical uses. So the answer has to be D, Schedule I.
