I keep going back to the idea of Written Contract or Other Arrangement. It seems like there should be some formal agreement in place for when maintenance needs access to sensitive areas.

I feel like this question is similar to one we practiced on workforce security. I think Accountability could be a factor, but it doesn't seem to fit perfectly.

I think this might relate to Authorization and/or Supervision since the maintenance personnel shouldn't have access to PHI without proper oversight.

I'm not entirely sure, but I remember something about Risk Management being important in situations like this. Maybe it's about assessing the risk of unauthorized access?

This seems like a straightforward question. I think the board of directors is responsible for setting the risk appetite, so I'll go with option D.
