Hmm, I'm not sure about any of these. Upgrading software can be such a headache. Maybe I'll just unplug the whole server and see if that works!

I'd go with C. Upgrading from the BigFix Server just makes more sense to me. Seems like the most efficient way to handle it.

Option B seems the most straightforward. Stopping the service, running the installer, and then starting it back up - can't get much simpler than that!
