Core Innovation Knowledge & Concepts had several scenario items asking whether an example was an incremental, sustaining or disruptive innovation and which model best explains adoption. I passed the CInP and the trick was to really understand the S-curve, diffusion concepts and real-world examples rather than rote definitions. Review common frameworks and practice classifying cases quickly.
