I feel like Sniffer Wireless is a common tool for this, but I can't recall if MiniStumbler is actually used for sniffing or not.

Okay, I think I've got this. The "CLUSTER ERROR: DISK/SHELF COUNT MISMATCH" message indicates there's a problem with the physical disk configuration, so I'd focus on inspecting the drive paths and the SAS cabling to see if there's any issue there.
