You and your project team have identified the project risks and now are analyzing the probability andimpact of the risks. What type of analysis of the risks provides a quick and high-level review of eachidentified risk event?
I'm a bit confused on the difference between quantitative and qualitative risk analysis. I'll need to review those concepts again before answering this.
The risk probability-impact matrix seems like the best option here. It lets you visualize the risks and prioritize them based on their likelihood and impact.
I think the qualitative risk analysis would provide a quick and high-level review of the risks. It's more subjective, but can give a good overall sense of the risks.
