I practiced a similar question, and I feel like the password does require access, but it might not be hidden.

I think the password is visible in the config unless you use "enable secret." So maybe it doesn’t meet both goals?

I remember that using "enable password" sets a password, but I’m not sure if it hides it in the config file.
