Employee turnover feels a bit off as a KPI for HH. It doesn't directly tie into customer satisfaction or ticket sales like the others do. Am I missing something?
I'm not sure, but I think it might be C) Quality control. Making sure the project scope meets quality standards could also involve stakeholder acceptance.
