Okay, let's see here. The question is asking about adding a new lookup in the ES app, so I'm guessing that means we need to do it through the Splunk Enterprise Security interface, not directly in the file system. I'd say the answer is either A or D, but I'm leaning more towards D since it mentions "Create New Content" which sounds like the right way to add a new lookup.
