I'm pretty sure the X-style management is the perception that people need to seek responsibility, not that they need to be pushed or have their social needs met. That's the key distinction I remember from the lecture.
I feel like I've seen something similar in our discussions on GDPR. But I'm not clear if those requirements directly relate to 'Security by Design.' Maybe option D?
Hmm, I'm not totally sure about this one. Is it possible that the availability of the information could be in danger if the staff member is refusing to acknowledge the message? I'll have to think this through a bit more.
