I'm a little confused by this question. I know the risk management process has several steps, but I'm not totally sure which one is specifically about managing or controlling the risks. I'll have to guess on this one.
D definitely seems like the right answer. The question is asking about the step that deals with actually addressing the risks, so risk treatment makes the most sense.
