Accurate and certain? Yeah, right! This is like saying a horoscope is 100% accurate. Come on, we all know these diagrams are just educated guesses at best.
I agree with Lucia. As long as the team is on the same page, the X-Y Diagram can provide some valuable insights. But 'accurate and certain'? I don't know about that.
