SMART requirements are like a good recipe - they need to be clear, quantifiable, realistic, meaningful, and have a timeline. Option C is the way to go.
Requirements should be SMART to ensure they are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. This helps align them with business objectives. Option A is the correct answer.
