I definitely remember that conserve mode impacts how the FortiGate handles traffic, but I can't quite remember if it disables proxy inspection or something else entirely.

I feel like I read that all traffic isn't blocked, but I can't recall if routing protocols are affected. Maybe it's B or D?

I remember practicing a question about conserve mode, and I think it had to do with dropping new sessions. Could be option C?

I think when the CPU goes into conserve mode, it might disable some features, but I'm not sure if it's proxy-based inspection or something else.
