Yes, that's correct. The final prospectus usually includes the public offering price, a copy of the underwriting agreement, and a statement that the SEC neither approves nor disapproves of the issue.
I'm not sure about this one. Maybe the answer is D - a statement that the SEC neither approves nor disapproves of the issue? That seems like something that wouldn't be in the final prospectus.
