I feel like we had a similar question in practice where adjusting the TCP settings helped. Maybe enabling loose initiation could be the key here?

I'm not entirely sure, but I think adding an FTP profile might be necessary for the virtual server to handle FTP traffic correctly.

I remember we talked about how important it is to have a proper monitor for the pool. Adding an FTP monitor could definitely help with the file transfers.
