I'm no BIG-IP expert, but I'm pretty sure 'IACP01' is a typo, not an actual LACP trunk name. C is the clear choice.

Haha, 'create net wan VLAN40'? Nice try, D, but I don't think the BIG-IP admin is trying to create a new WAN interface. C is the way to go.
