Hmm, I'm not so sure. What if there are some hidden loops or conditional statements that we're not considering? 13 test situations could be possible, couldn't it?

Yeah, that sounds about right. I'm leaning towards either B or C as the answer. 8 or 12 test situations seems like a reasonable number for a procedure flow with a couple of branching points.
