Hmm, I'm not convinced. The Scrum Master is the one who's supposed to be ensuring the Scrum process is being followed, right? Wouldn't they be the ones accountable for the DoD?

That's a good point, Eleonora. The Product Owner is the one who's accountable for the product, so they should be the ones ensuring quality through the DoD.

I'm not so sure about that. Isn't the Product Owner the one who's supposed to define the DoD and make sure the work meets that standard?

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. The Developers are responsible for actually delivering the work, so they need to ensure it meets the agreed-upon definition of done.
