Based on my experience with other router models, I would guess that the "configure" command is the way to start making changes. But I'll need to verify that it's the same for the Ericsson Router 6000.
The "commit" command sounds like it could be the right answer, as it's often used to save and apply configuration changes. But I'll have to think this through a bit more.
This looks like a pretty straightforward data modeling question. I think I'll go with option B - creating a new data extension and linking it to the other data extension. That seems like the most logical way to integrate the new dataset without messing up the existing contact information.
I'm a bit confused by the question. Are we supposed to use a global or site-specific preference? I'll need to review the details on each option to make sure I understand the differences.
I feel pretty confident about this one. In addition to the user's incident description, I believe we also need to capture their expectation around the service level agreement. Gotta make sure we set the right expectations upfront.
