Based on my understanding, the inability to control physical access to the servers is the biggest security risk with public cloud. That's the answer I'm going with.
I bet the answer is 'All of the above'. Public cloud security is a dumpster fire waiting to happen. Just pray you don't end up on the news for a massive data breach.
Hold up, what about patching systems? If you can't keep your software up-to-date, you're just asking for trouble. Hackers will have a field day with all those vulnerabilities.
You guys are missing the point. The real issue is not being able to run anti-virus scans. Imagine all the malware just lurking in the cloud, waiting to strike!
I think the main security concern for public cloud computing is the inability to control physical access to the servers. That's just basic security 101.
