I’m confused; I thought post-incident activities came after everything else. Could it be that he’s in the Incident Disclosure phase instead?

I practiced a similar question, and I believe incident analysis is part of the triage process. So, I would go with C for Incident Triage.

I'm not entirely sure, but I remember something about incident recording being the first step. Maybe he’s still in that phase?

I think Mike is in the Incident Triage stage since he's analyzing and validating the incident. That sounds like the right phase to assess its severity.

Hmm, I'm not totally sure about this one. I think pausing to allow time for understanding might be a good strategy, but I'm not 100% confident.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. There are a few different factors to consider, like data classification, infrastructure configuration, and security controls. I'll need to think through the pros and cons of each option carefully.

A business rule might be a good way to enforce the maintenance check order and make it consistent across all technicians. That way, they can't skip steps.
