Under what conditions can you mute or unmute a vulnerability?

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: A, B, D

Dynatrace allows muting/unmuting vulnerabilities with granular scope control, including:

Specific Process Group

Specific Management Zone

Specific CVE (vulnerability identifier)

These options allow precise control over how vulnerabilities are handled and displayed.

Options based on state (open/resolved) are not the criteria for muting configuration.

I prefer option E. If a vulnerability is resolved, it should be muted.

I think option A makes sense. Mute for a specific Process Group.

I thought you could only mute if it's resolved?

I'm a bit confused about the conditions. Can we really mute a vulnerability for a specific Process Group? I don't recall that being mentioned in our materials.

I practiced a similar question where we had to decide on muting based on CVEs. I feel like option D might be relevant here too.

I remember something about muting vulnerabilities being related to their status, like if they're resolved or open. Maybe option C or E could be correct?

I think you can mute a vulnerability for a specific Management Zone, but I'm not entirely sure if that applies to all cases.
