A multinational company with operations in several parts within EU and outside EU, involves international data transfer of both its employees and customers. Outsourcing data to Asia? I hope they have a 'zen' approach to data protection!

Option A about ISO 27001 certification sounds like a good idea, but it's not a legal data transfer instrument on its own. Maybe it could be used in combination with another option?

I think C is also a valid option. Binding Corporate Rules could be used for intra-group data transfers within the multinational company.

I'm not sure about D. Safe Harbor was invalidated by the European Court of Justice in 2015, so it's no longer a valid data transfer mechanism.

I believe Binding Corporate Rules could also be used, as they are internal rules for international data transfers within a multinational company.
