I'm pretty sure the EU-US Safe Harbor is just a fancy way of saying "do whatever you want with people's data." C has got to be the right choice here.

Haha, the FTC? More like the FTW! Am I right, folks? Anyway, I agree that C is the correct answer.

A, B, and D all sound like reasonable requirements. I'm going to go with C as the answer that's not required.

D seems like the obvious choice here. Why would an organization need to notify the FTC of their self-certification? That doesn't make any sense.

I think the correct answer is C. Signing standard contractual clauses is not required under the EU-US Safe Harbor provisions.

I’m leaning towards C as well, but I’m confused because I thought all these options were important in some way. This is tricky!

I practiced a similar question last week, and I think the key is that organizations must adhere to the principles and disclose their policies, so maybe A or B are essential.

I'm not entirely sure, but I feel like D could be the right choice. I vaguely recall that notifying the FTC isn't a requirement under Safe Harbor.

I think the answer might be C, since I remember something about standard contractual clauses being more relevant to GDPR rather than Safe Harbor.

Okay, I've got a strategy. I'll eliminate the options I'm confident are required, then focus on the remaining one.

I feel pretty good about this. The key is understanding the specific obligations under the Safe Harbor framework.
