I think privacy laws mainly focus on Personally Identifiable Information (PII), but I'm not entirely sure if Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) is also included.
This question seems straightforward - the key factors that make it difficult for a project manager to provide valid input into employee performance reviews in a matrix organization are not working directly with the functional employees and the short time they spend on the project.
Hmm, I think the key here is to find a balance between the sponsor's preference and the project manager's need to keep them informed. Option D looks like the best approach.
I'm leaning towards using one of the other project templates instead of the default ones. That might give us more flexibility, but did we cover the potential downsides of that?
