I'm leaning towards B. If the Unity system time is not set correctly, it could cause the snapshot schedules to continue running at the wrong time, even after the time zone change.

Or maybe the Unity system time is not set correctly and needs to be updated under system settings.

That makes sense. Maybe the deployment engineer forgot to restart the Unity management server before the time zone changes took effect.
