I hope the global traffic manager in option A comes with a complimentary crystal ball to predict traffic patterns. Otherwise, it's just a fancy paperweight.
Hmm, C could be a good compromise between redundancy and simplicity. As long as the active/standby switchover is fast enough, that might be the way to go.
