If I had a nickel for every time I saw a 'SignAuthnRequest' attribute in a SAML config file, I'd have... well, I'd have a nickel. But I'm still going with D) PVConfiguration.xml.

This is a real head-scratcher. I hope the answer isn't 'All of the above' - that would just be cruel!

I was sure it was C) PVWAConfig.xml, but now I'm second-guessing myself. Maybe I should have paid more attention in class.

Hmm, this looks like a tricky one. I'm going to go with D) PVConfiguration.xml, it just seems the most plausible answer.

I think it might be A) saml.config, but I'm not entirely sure.

I'm not sure, but I think it might be D) PVConfiguration.xml because that file also contains configuration settings for authentication.

I agree with Margot, because the PartnerIdentityProvider element is usually configured in the PVWAConfig.xml file.
