I think I remember something about Vault needing DNS for service discovery, but I'm not entirely sure if it's absolutely required.

I've got this one! The answer is definitely D. That's the standard way to measure the duration of a request in a performance test script. You start the timer when the request is sent and stop it when the response is received. Easy peasy!

This seems straightforward enough. I'm going to go with my first instinct on this one.

Hmm, I'm not totally sure about this one. I know ITIL has a lot of different practices, and I'm trying to remember which one is specifically focused on reducing incidents. Let me think this through...

Hmm, I'm a little unsure about this one. There are a lot of moving parts - different frameworks, a phased implementation, and a bunch of deliverables that have already been produced. I'll need to make sure I understand how all of those pieces fit together before I can recommend the next steps.

Wait, Vault needs DNS? I thought it just magically knew where everything was. Guess I need to read the manual again.

True, definitely true. I remember setting up DNS for my Vault cluster, it was a pain. Gotta have those records in place.

False, Vault can totally run without DNS. It just uses internal service discovery, right? That's what the docs say, at least.

Hmm, this one's tricky. I guess it depends on how Vault is configured, but I'd bet it needs DNS to resolve service addresses.

Hmm, that's an interesting point. I guess it depends on the specific setup of the Vault server.

I disagree, I believe the answer is B) FALSE because a stand alone Vault server does not require DNS services.
