I bet the Frame Control field is used for something important, like communicating the frame type or other crucial info. I'm going to go with B, it sounds the most comprehensive.

The Frame Control field is definitely more complex than just a simple on/off flag. I'm pretty sure it has multiple sub-fields and flags.
