I think the best way to handle this situation is to discuss the issue with the project sponsor. They're the one who's ultimately responsible for the project, so they should be able to help us navigate this disagreement with upper management.
Whoa, this question seems tricky. I'm not sure if I should talk to the project management office, the project sponsor, the project coordinator, or the project team. This is a tough one!
