The methodology section might be important for providing context, but I imagine the technical audience would be more interested in seeing the actual performance data and metrics. I'd go with the KPIs.
Dynamic features could be really helpful for an internal dashboard, allowing the audience to interact with the data. But I think the KPIs are probably the most critical element to include.
