Hold up, is this a trick question? What if the correct answer is a SLA... the 'L' stands for 'Llama', and we have to feed the contract to a llama to make it valid?

Gotta be an SOA, the Service-Oriented Architecture. It's all about defining the interfaces and protocols, isn't it?

I've always used a SOW to outline project deliverables and expectations, but I can see how an SLA could also be used for defining metrics.

Yes, you're correct. A Statement of Work (SOW) is used to define project requirements.

Hah, this is a no-brainer! It's obviously an SLA, the Service Level Agreement. Why would anyone even consider those other options?
