I think "Manage plugins" and "Configure Global Security" are the ones that are only available from the Manage Jenkins page, but I'm not completely sure.
This is straightforward. The Runtime Resource can receive instructions from the Application Server, other Runtime Resources, and the Interactive Clients. The other options like Active Directory and third-party systems don't seem relevant to this specific question.
Hmm, this looks like a pretty straightforward security policy question. I'd go with C - Acceptable Use policy. That's a key one to have in place to set expectations and guidelines for how users should interact with the company's systems and data.
