Okay, let me think this through. "Cloud Native" sounds like it's built specifically for the cloud, so that's probably not the right answer. "Cloud Based" seems to imply the application is entirely hosted in the cloud, which isn't what the question is asking. I'm going to go with "Cloud Enabled" as my best guess.
